C ELD LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the C ELD LLC Electronic Logging Device (ELD) application and related website and services (the "Services"). • Business information: company name, USDOT number, and account/login details.
• Driver and vehicle information: driver name, vehicle/truck number, VIN, and ELD device serial number.
• Service and device data: hours-of-service logs, device connection status, and diagnostic data generated by the ELD to operate the app and meet FMCSA compliance requirements.
• Support communications: messages, and any photos of your ELD device or installation that you send us when requesting support.
• Billing information: information needed to process payments for your subscription (payment is handled through our payment processor).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the ELD application and Services.
• Respond to your customer support requests, including two-way SMS/text support about the app or device.
• Verify that your ELD hardware is connected and installed correctly (for example, by reviewing a photo you send us) and troubleshoot issues.
• Process billing and manage your account.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and FMCSA/ELD compliance obligations.
• Send you service-related and account notifications.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

We use SMS only to provide customer support for our ELD application. All text messaging is two-way and initiated by you (the customer). You consent to receive support text messages by providing your mobile number in our service agreement and by texting our support line. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) is used solely to provide our support Services to you and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers: trusted vendors who help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, our SMS/telecom provider, and our payment processor), who may only use it to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers or us, including FMCSA/DOT compliance where applicable.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated above, SMS consent and mobile opt-in information are NOT shared with any third parties or affiliates.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and ELD record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• SMS: opt out anytime by replying STOP.
• You may request to access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
